Course Enrollment Policy Options

Self-Enrollment

- Enrollment policy that requires no approval. User is automatically enrolled.

Single Approver

- Enrollment policy that requires a single approver before enrollment request is approved.

Co-Approvers

- All Co-Approvers are sent the enrollment request. Either Co-Approver can approve the request.

By default, all Learning Platforms are set up with Self-Enrollment. If you want to change your enrollment policy, first decide which enrollment policy is best for your organization. Then choose the user who will be your approver or approvers. The approvers must have an administrator account separate from their learner account.
