What is a LINGOs Learning Platform?
Probably the first and most important thing you'll need to know is how to manage your uerss. Review the information found on the User Management section of this site. You will learn how to create a single user, how to upload batches of users, and enabling the option of self-registration so that users can create their own accoutns. An overview video on managing users can be seen here.
Level 2 and Level 3 members can manage their own catalogs. This means you can add or remove course and change the look and feel of the catalog as well.
In addition to user management and course management, the following is important infomration.
You can have up to two registered administrators with LINGOs. Registered admins can email support for help and assign administrator or registrar role to other admins, but all support requests must come from one of two registered administrators at your organization.
LINGOs releases new courses every quarter. Level 1 LLPs will automatically receive a selection of these courses on their LMS. Level 2 and Level 3 admins can choose courses to add.
Stay informed. Make sure you attend Office Hours when you can, that you're signed up for our news bulletins, join the LinkedIn Public and Members Only groups, and attend our free webinars.
Support is here for you! Our support team responds to all messages as quickly as possible, sometimes in less than an hour but never more than two buisness days. Make sure you send each problem or question you have as a new email to support. A case will be generated and your issue will be assigned to the person best suited to solve your issue.
Reports: All members have access to reporting features. Level 2 and 3 members can create their own reports in the Report Wizard. Tip: R9001 (found for all members under the "Report Wizard" section) will dump out all course information to date and you can filter your results in Excel.
